Anyone have a good weightlifting workout program for home? - 5 standard weightlifting bar

I have the level of lying leg curl combo ... I have groups of dumbbells and a pull-up bar ... at 6'5 300 ... Fat and out of shape ... my bank just 205 Max ... I'm doing a little bit, but my job as the last 20-30 minutes ... There is no routine ... I have to do exactly what I like to feel the day ...
