This problem is usually caused by a lack of system resources on your computer. Try to get rid of a proper system as a disk defragmenter and things that do not need to. After review and a newer version of Flash Player and the movie sure you are using to make sure they cause problems. Also clean the browser cache and cookies should help.

Finally, try a different browser such as Firefox or Opera.
